aethere Posted March 16, 2012 Share Posted March 16, 2012 I'm running into some problems with some of my users not being able to generate previews either in the Basic or Advanced modes. I'm assuming this is browser related to the individual user, but I'd be curious to know what pti recommends as the official browser to use. jstehman Posted March 22, 2012 Share Posted March 22, 2012 The Basic view doesn't require anything special but the Enhanced view does require Flash. If a user has their view set to Enhanced but does not have Flash, there will be a message in the preview window stating that they need Flash or should switch to Basic View.
