Crineman
Do we have any control over the thin box that represents the page border inside the proof preview area? This border doesn't always have significance when the template is initially accessed by the user and it contains the product image. Attached is a PDF with the specifics of my question. Customer is asking so I need to. Thanks for any help.Proof_preview.pdf
GailUdell
As far as I can tell, that is the the edge of your thumbnail jpg. If you allow an even border all around when you crop your image it doesn't look quite as odd.
jstehman
You can change the color of it, go to Options, then Custom UI. On the Banner/Colors tab it's almost all the way down at the bottom, Proof Image Border Color.
