Wingdings

I have no success using wingdings or zapdingbats fonts at the Indigo 5000 when I create a .jlt. The PDF proof I send the customer looks great and will print at the Indigo but takes so long to rip we would prefer to use a .jlt. I have used the information from "FusionPro Desktop and HP Indigo" document I found on the fourm but still have not had any success using these fonts. All other fonts work as they should when I create a .jlt. Any suggestion?
