Selecting finishing options

Hi,

 

We've recently bought FusionPro desktop and so far have been unable to select the finishing options on our printer.

 

I go to: manage pages > page usage > edit > ppd settings

I load the PPD for my printer and it displays all the options I would expect but if I select any of them nothing takes effect.

 

Also when I compose I'm using postscript and output to printer and although I select the printer's hold queue the job just prints, I can't get it to hold.

 

Any suggestions appreciated.
