Copying products

When I copy a pick product and select copying inventory, I need to be able to change the new product's name (of course). No problem doing this for the product, but I also need to do it for the inactive refill product.

 

In the past I would view the products and choose to display inactive products, select the refill product from the list, and I'd make the name change. Now, for some reason, I can't get the inactive refill products to display....which means when the refill email goes out it will list the wrong name of the product. I must have missed a release update on this somewhere along the way.

 

So the question is: How do I correct the name of the inactive refill product?

That functionality has been removed, you don't need to do that anymore. If you rename the active item it will also rename the corresponding inactive refill product for you.
