Joanne Edison-Brown Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 Hi everyone; I have a versioned product that seems to work fine with its javascript rules and imposition, but at some point in the last number of days since I worked on it, it's suddenly failing to preview. Everything appears fine when I compose from the original pdf to test the data, all the sheets display and impose correctly. But when I upload the document into Marcom, I cannot get either the Basic or the Enhanced Preview to work - it just shows a nice white blank object. stellasparkles Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 Hi Joanne, There could be any number of reasons why it's not previewing from within MarcomCentral. If you forward the Store Name and Product ID# of the uploaded template to your project manager or to gfx@printable.com, someone will help you troubleshoot your issue.
