Justify in Rich Text Editor

Is there any reason why the Rich Text editor in the versioned templates does not have a "justify with last line aligned left" option? The options available, "justify left" and "justify right", don't really pull off the same effect. Even if i put a rule in the template with
<p style="" quad="J" br="false">

the Rich text editor, i assume, overrides the JavaScript. Is there a way to force the Rich Text Editor to recognize the aforementioned justification?

When using the Rich Text Editor, the justification used for output will always be the justification defined by the Rich Text Editor. The Rich Text Editor will default to left aligned, so if no option is selected by the user (or if no option is visible), the text will be left aligned.

I gathered that through the testing. The current options are

<p style="" quad="L" br="false">
<p style="" quad="R" br="false">
<p style="" quad="C" br="false">

are there any plans to actually add?

<p style="" quad="J" br="false">

If I activate the "Rich Text Editor", format some text, save it as a fill form, deactivate the "Rich Text Editor", and fill with the saved fill form, i get the markup i showed earlier. This is the same paragraph markup that FusionPro uses. The difference is that the "Rich Text Editor" does not have the true justify that spans across the whole text area. Know what i mean?
