sschardan Posted April 16, 2010 Share Posted April 16, 2010 I have something strange happening. I have set up a job to do barcode imprints on a pre-printed piece. There is one variable and one static barcode. Everything previews perfectly. I can make pdf files, and they look perfect. When I make vdx files, the barcode changes its height, like the font is changing from IDAutomationC39L to IDAutomationC39S. I uninstalled FP Desktop and all the IDAutomation fonts and re-installed, and I still get the same thing. For now, I am proceeding to print with pdf files, but I would like to know what is going on for future reference. I am including a copy of my files. FYI, the barcode that is variable is being generated from the 15 right hand digits of the data, that is why I have the trim function in my rule.
