Does the Fusion Pro server need to be upgraded as well? I upgraded the workstation and now my template will not upload to storefront.

Hello Judblant,

 

Is the Storefront application you are using the Printable MarcomCentral solution? If so, please contact the Printable support team and they will be able to assist you.

 

If you are using an alternate storefront solutions from one of our partners, I assume you are seeing an error or other issue in that Storefront application itself? If so, please contact the support team for that Storefront product for further investigation. We then support these partners after they perform their analysis of any new potential issue they may discover.
