Default Round corners and text strokes

I would love to be able to keep my stroke options on text and round corners on text boxes after they are exported to the pdf.

Am I missing something?

Hello Woody,

The FusionPro VDP engine unfortunately doesn't support rounded corners on variable frames or text stroke on variable text. These are both great enhancements, however, so I'll work with the team to see about including this in a future release.

A workaround for rounded corners on text frames is to have 2 frames in your design - a static empty frame with the rounded corners and then a second frame on top of this which is variable. Exporting from InDesign/Quark would then have the static frame with rounded corners in the background and you would be able to place variable text on top of that in the variable frame.

I would like rounded corners on variable text and image boxes. It would be important to be able to control the amount of rounding, for example: specifying a .08 in radius.
