I hope I can explain this well. We are going to print a piece with 2 variables to print on each piece. The first variable is customer supplied excel spreadsheet containing predetermined codes that have been randomly generated. The second piece of variable data is 1 of 10 offers (e.g., $1, $2, $5, $10, etc). The customer will let us know what percentage of a particular offer they want us to print (e.g., 50% of $1, 25% of $2, etc...if total quantity is 100,000, 50% would print with $1, 25% with $2, etc.). We need to randomly assign the offers based on the applicable percentage to the predetermined codes on the excel spreadsheet. Please advise if anyone knows how to do this in excel, or if there is a reasonably priced program I could purchase that would be able to handle this for us.

I have a rather large data file. From that file I need to print labels for only some of the records. Each record has a unique identifier number. I know which records need labels based only on the unique identifier. However, those are spread througout the data file. I want to create a rule that I can insert the needed identifiers and have them printed while skipping the rest. Is this possible?

I'm having problems with the IMBC Rule. What I'm receiving from the company that's processing the data is a 65 character field made up of the letters 'AFDT' in all kinds of combinations. Is there anyway to use that field to create the IMBC? I've tried substituting the default IDAutomation font with 2 different fonts. (USPS4CB.ttf, and USPSIMBStandard.ttf, neither work)

Does anyone have code created to convert the Postal Abbreviation to the spelled out State name? (i.e. AR is in the data base, I need Arkansas to be made in the variable.
