I am trying to update an existing template with art that has a new logo. All of the variables remain the same. When I tried to upload the new files, the upload report showed all of my variable text fields were missing, along with missing colors. I compared the .txt file with the missing variables, and they are the same. I have done this successfully on a few other templates. Not sure what happened on this one. I'm new at this, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
