I did not have luck doing that either. I eventually resorted to just opening another window.
I was trying to open a pop-up or iFrame from within a product. The description and Instruction areas would not allow scripting of any kind, and appeared to stop iFrames from working.
If you find a better solution, please post it.

Resolved by support
There was a stray character in the blank template that was downloaded. It did not show in Excel, but was detected on import.
The solution that was suggested by Support was to do a delete the first 40 rows or so before you begin adding data.
Probably a good practice for any Bulk Template that is downloaded.

Okay, I am trying to bulk upload the SKUs for Products that were bulk uploaded.
I am getting an error that "No" is not a valid entry for the Inventory column, even though that is what it is asking for. I tried to use the entry of "false" and it rejects that as well.
ideas?
If I download a spreadsheet of products that I entered manually, with an Inventory setting of "No", that is what appears in the spreadsheet.

Thanks guys, I will give that a try.

From reading about masking, I did get the impression that with SSL it can be an issue. So yes, for a retail store, I would purchase a domain and do a Custom URL.

So the listing for Preview Images in a Downloaded Bulk Product Listing shows no relative links.
So how do you get new previews to upload into the system? Or do I have to go back and do that manually?

Pardon my questions, but how?
GoDaddy would manage the DNS entry, but you still need an IP address to point to for the sub-domain. How are you getting IP addresses for individual storefronts?
What are you using for masking? I tried an iFrame and got an error on the MarcomCentral page when it loaded. I even went old-school and tried a frameset, same error.

Can I use sub domains for Custom URLs?
If I purchase "mystorefront.com", is it possible to assign Custom URLs to customers as subdomains "client1.mystorefront.com", "client2.mystorefront.com", etc?

Is it possible to bring a portal into an iFrame to include it inside of a customers website?
I tried a test but I am getting a weird result. The iFrame code checks out, but MarcomCentral is not coming in correctly.
Are you running code to stop us from doing this?
Do you have a solution?
