Thanks the reset all worked.

I can create text frames and Graphics frames but can not access the dialogue box to change rules or control layout, fitting or anything else that comes up in the dialogue when you double click the frame. On the text frame I get the frame that opens up to place fields but that is all. I am on VP version 9.3.21, Windows 7 (64 bit) using Acrobat DC. Has anyone else had this trouble. It did work fine when first installed but now it doesn't.
