Hello, I am trying to write an XDF rule to do the following: I have a list of people that work at different addresses. Each user's address is based on a number. The location is its own field on an Excel Spreadsheet. For example: Jerry works at Location 1 Jane works at Location 2 John works at Location 3 I would like it if a user chooses location 1, location 2, or location 3 then it returns the complete address. The addresses are on their own individual field. Location 1 = 387 Maple Street, Suite 200, Willowdale, CA 90210 Location 2 = 512 Elm Avenue, Meadowville, NY 12345 Location 3 = 241 Pine Lane, Brookside, TX 67890 Since the entire address is on its own individual field, I would like there to a hard return in the rule to remove the comma after the street and the second line to start with the city. Important thing to note is that some of the addresses have a suite number that I would like to stay on the first line if they have one. The addresses would like the following: 387 Maple Street, Suite 200 Willowdale, CA 90210 512 Elm Avenue Meadowville, NY 12345 241 Pine Lane Brookside, TX 67890

Hello, I want to create a rule that does the following: I am creating a letter with a body paragraph, signature, and contact information. I want the signature to be distributed evenly between the body paragraph and the contact information. I am trying to take into account paragraphs that ar e sometimes longer and take up more space. I made the frame larger just in case the amount of text in the paragraph changes and there is a need for extra space. I want the text to distribute equally in reference to the text instead of the frame. If not, can someone please help me distribute the text per the frames?

For the users that don't have a mobile number, I would like to give them a dropdown to choose from. However, I want to restrict the users with a mobile number to include the numbers from the dropdown. Example: John has a mobile number of 000.000.0000 Jerry doesn't have a mobile number; however, he can choose from the following: 111.111.1111, 222.222.2222, 333.333.3333 John cannot choose 111.111.1111, 222.222.2222, 333.333.3333 because he already has 000.000.0000 associated with his account; for this reason, the system can only output 000.000.0000. Another important thing to note. I would like my users to choose from the dropdown; therefore, they can choose from Option 1= 111.111.1111, Option 2= 222.222.2222, Option 3= 333.333.3333. The user won't be able to see the numbers until they preview it; they can only see Option 1, Option 2, and Option 3 initially. If anyone can assist me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello, I am trying to create a template that does the following: I would like a logo graphic to be on the right side of my user's email address. Since all of my users have different email addresses, and some are longer than others, I make sure to stretch out the frame much further to prevent problems with anyone with a really long email. I want the logo graphic to be just slightly to the right of the email address, regardless of the email length and frame length. Is this possible?

Hello, I am trying to create a rule that does the following: I am trying to format a letter. I would like the space after each paragraph to be 2 inches for the paragraph with a red 1 circle after it and .125 inches for the paragraphs with a red 2 circle after them.
