Font issue

I have this situation. When I compose pdf output using layout, I do not get any error. pdf is created. But when I use the command line, I get the error "Font assets file is not found. Only system fonts will be used for this job." but it creates the output file.

I have the batch files which users use to drop the files to these batch files to produce the pdf or postscript files. Because of this error I THINK, I do not see any output files. I am not sure where the batch file is failing as I do not see the error msg file. Please advise. When I run the same commands in the bacth file throigh cmd prompt, I get error but I get the output file.

Please advise.
