First, are you sure you have a FusionPro template PDF open in Acrobat?


If so, then from the menu in Acrobat, select FusionPro -> Palettes -> Show All.


If that still doesn't work, then from from the menu in Acrobat, select FusionPro -> Palettes -> Reset All.


P.S. In addition to the versions of FusionPro and your operating system, the version of Acrobat is also useful information for troubleshooting.
