-Lisa-
Hi all, I am working on a template that requires the upload of a user's logo but the customer wants that logo to automatically be converted to a specific color specified by a dropdown. Has anyone successfully accomplished this? Thanks!
FreightTrain
Lisa, There is no way to convert any color aspect of a graphic file, no matter if it is uploaded or in a library. The only way to accomplish something like your request would be to have versions of the logo in those pre-defined colors specified in the dropdown, but changing a file is not possible. -Lisa-
That's what I thought but it was worth asking! I have a workaround but it will take forever to create the file into every color choice the client wishes to offer. Unfortunately it looks like that's the way it will have to be. Thanks for the quick response!
ChasePI
Richard - Is that still the case? I have some products that only print in black but they have a spot for a user to upload a logo. I would like to convert the logo to a gray scale image if possible. Chase
