Brandie
When I export from InDesign, the pdf that opens in Acrobat is just a white page with the words "This is a FusionPro control document." I've tried reinstalling Fusion Pro, but it's still doing this... help??
Douglas Cogan
This means the FusionPro plug-in is not running in that version of Acrobat. (Do you see the FusionPro menu in Acrobat?) If not, what version of Acrobat and what version of FusionPro do you have installed? Or, if you are running on a Mac, it could be that the plug-in is disabled, or that Rosetta needs to be running. Acrobat needs to run under Rosetta (if you have a Mac M1/M2/M3 chip)
Brandie
Rosetta was the fix! Thank you!
Douglas Cogan
I'm glad that worked. A future version will not require Rosetta for the Acrobat plug-in.
