i'm having trouble Maintaining Links and Bookmarks in Final PDF Output

I have a master PDF file that contains bookmarks and links to other sections of the multi-page document. I'm using this master document to merge personalized data (.csv file) to create individual soft-copy pdfs. I can successfully compose the individual pdf files; however the links and bookmarks are not carried over in the final output files. Is there a way to allow for the links and bookmarks to embed or convert through the composition process?

 

I am using Fusion Pro Desktop 5.82Pc, Acrobat 8 Professional on Windows XP.

 

Any help will be greatly appreaciated.
