The profile values can only be used to prefill variable form fields.

 

However, if you use our Single Sign-On Web Service, you can have the user created along with Text Profile Attribute values and default bill to and ship to addresses, this will reduce the number of clicks the user will need in order to check out.

 

Alternatively, you can also default the bill to and ship to addresses at the User Group level.
