Load All Fonts Not Loading All Fonts

I'm using Mac OS X 10.9.5 with FusionPro VDP Creator 9.3.15. I'm trying to load Segoe UI onto FusionPro but no matter what I do, it will not load to the program. Please help! Kelly

with phone numbers disappearing once uploaded to MCC

Everything populates fine in Acrobat (as shown by means of the preview), but once published/previewed after the template upload, the numbers are non-existent. I'm using the format rules provided in FusionPro so I'm not sure what could be going wrong.
