  1. I am trying to create a statement type letter but just not getting it. I am basing it off the Tutorial for Statements that comes with the software. Attached is my PDF. Above the Fusion pro text box is what I am trying to come close to. The excel sheet has the address on one tab and the second tab has the other information. I have a common Account ID between the 2 sheets but I am not getting it come over. If someone can please help I would appreciate it.

  2. Sorry, I think I posted it in the wrong spot before so there may be a duplicate.

     

    I have postcards that require a picture and the agents name to go into certain areas. But the areas for each postcard is in a different spot. I believe I have a body setup correctly and a template page for each version of the postcard with the picture and name. My problem is that I am not understanding the rule that I need to make it work properly. I need to used the "TEMPLATENAME" in the csv file.

     

    Can somebody help me understand the rule that needs to be created. I have attached a test file with all the resources needed. I will end up adding another 10-12 more version of the postcard that have the information in different spots.

  4. I am trying to create a directory for a local school. I have looked at the user guide page 143 and down but it has me baffled. I do not know JavaScript so that is part of my problem but I just can't seem to follow the guide. I have attached what I have started and was wondering if someone could help me. I know the list is not complete so do not go pass 67 in the list.

     

    Any help would be appreciated.

  5. Not sure how to ask this.

     

    When I export a PDF from InDesign, I can have it create Acrobat layers. One layer for position and the other layer for the image. I can toggle them on and off in Acrobat layers. My question, when I toggle the position layer off or tell it not to print. Then compose the document. The position layer still composes and shows up. I am assuming that this has to do with the compliance level is only 5.0 compatible. Has anybody else tried this and has had any luck or should I just continue my old ways of deleting the position layer.
