No, there's currently no multi-select for variable frames.

 

You might want to consider a different approach, such as having just one page with the variable information, replacing the static background with a variable graphic frame underneath all the other frames. Then you can populate the background frame as needed. You may also be able to use a Template page with a rule to call out a Repeatable Component.
