I am unfortunately having the same issue. Running the following:

Acrobat ver: 2022.003.20281

MacOS: Catalina 10.15.7

[Customer supplied multipage pdf and needs numbering on every other pge]

Thanks Gregg but all this is doing is returning the first page of the supplied pdf with a different number based on the record. Kinda of like a sequential number scenario. Perhaps I am using it wrong.

Hi all,

 

Customer supplied me with a 3000 page pdf (all pages are unique) They are requesting that a code be added to every other page (1, 3, 5, etc) They have supplied a data file that includes those codes. Is there an easy way to accomplish this? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 3 part ncr form which is sequentially numbered. I have done this exact job in the past. The only change has been the starting number. Today when I tried to compose this job, FusionPro crashed. I tried it again and it crashed. I had another user try the same file off his machine and it crashed his as well. Was using an earlier version of VDP (8) when this job was originally created. Have recently upgraded and am now using FusionPro VDP Creator 9.0.3. Does anyone see what may be causing this problem. The job is about as simple as it gets. These are the 2 rules I am using:

 

On Record Start Rule:

FusionPro.Composition.repeatRecordCount = 3;

Hi All

 

I have a variable name badge and customer is asking if I can change point size of the names based on the character length supplied in their database file.

 

ex. names containing 1 - 14 characters use 24 point

names containing 15 and above use 20 point

 

I apologize if this is rudimentary in nature, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

[Slip Sheet Issue Using FPImposer]

Hi all was wondering if someone can help me out. I am doing a numbered ticket job (6.75 x 2.5). Used FPImposer to set up layout 4 up on a sheet. Sequential numbered using infinate stack and need to add a slip sheet after every 50 sheets. Finishing department asked me if I can color the slipsheet so they can find it better. Created a unused body page (using paper size 8.5 x 11), selected the whole page in a text box and colored it yellow. composed my document selecting the unused body page for slip sheet after every 50 pages. Everything works fine with the exception of the slipsheet. It gets added into the proper spot everytime, however, only a small block of area is actually colored. Any ideas on how to make the whole page yellow? I have attached a pdf of what the slipsheet page looks like.
