I have an email about this from you as well, let's handle this that way for now and if it ends up being something other than user error that may be useful for other people to know I'll sum it up here. At this point it sort of sounds like the zip code doesn't match the city they entered, something like that but a total guess at this point.

  2. Right now there is a limitation of 400 pixels in width. However that will be changing relatively soon, I don't have a solid ETA yet but you should see it changed by the end of Q1 2013. There will be a setting allowing you to set the width.

    As we discussed offline you got most of this figured out, except there does currently seem to be a conflict between Microsoft Silverlight and OS 10.6.8. If you do a Google search for something like "Silverlight 10.6.8" you'll find quite a bit of info about it. Not much we can do about that I'm afraid.

    In the future store error IDs should be directed to support@pti.com.

     

    Have they tried clearing their browser history, cookies and temporary internet files? If not please have them do that first and if it doesn't help please contact me at support@pti.com.

  5. If it's a Handshake error I'm guessing it has an OnRecordStart rule in it that isn't written correctly. If that applies to your template I'd take a look at that.

     

    If that doesn't help please email support@pti.com with the store name and product ID and we can take a closer look.

  6. There is not a way to do this and at least at this point in time there are no plans to introduce that functionality.

     

    However sometime in Q4 2010 or Q1 2011 you will have the ability to have multiple payment methods on an order. For instance if someone goes over their allotted budget they would be able to cover the difference using a credit card.
