Dan Korn
Do any one know what this code means and how to fix it? Could not write output file </Volumes/communications$/Design Files/fusion pro files/PFM Name Tags/PFM Fall 2013·metags-Output.pdf>. Composition stopped with errors. Error no 1112. It means it couldn't write the output file specified. You probably don't have a volume named "communications$" mounted on your Mac. Try changing the output path in the Composition Settings dialog, by clicking the "Choose" button and selecting a valid path that you have write permissions to. I'm also confused by the subject line. How is this a problem with FP Imposer?
Dan Korn
Another possibility is that the output file is already opened in Acrobat. So you might just need to close it first. Of course, if it really is on a shared network volume, then someone else might have it open on another machine. Or maybe this is a job that you brought over from a Mac to a Windows machine, in which case you have to select a valid Windows path for your output instead of the Mac path. Alex Marshall
Error 1112 (Cannot Write Output File) – this is commonly caused when there is already a PDF file open with the same name as the PDF FusionPro is trying to compose. Simply close the PDF file with the same name as the output file you are trying to create.
