Uninstall Problems

trying to uninstall fusionpro desktop for mac using the uninstaller in applications/printable.

 

it gets stuck at the following screen, then my computers fan starts cranking. looked at activity monitor & it says CPU is at 135%! have to force quit to get it to stop.

 

any suggestions? how can i manually uninstall?

I have never had the problem you are describing. Have you tried to reinstall the program (over the existing [partial] install) and then retrying the uninstall process? Perhaps you need to make a support call rather than relying on the forums for this type of issue.

Yes, Eric is right: all installation-related issues should be sent to Support. It will also be much easier to help if you specify the exact versions of FusionPro and your operating system.

 

I can tell you that there's no real harm in FusionPro being partially uninstalled. But if you really want to, you can remove the Printable subfolders from the following locations: "/Applications", "/Library/Application Support", and "/Library/Preferences".
