Default Enhancements: Ideas and Implementation

Hello All,

In this forum I would like to know your thoughts on ways to improve FP.Links and it's user interface.

In this forum I would like to start out with this thought.
How can we the end users better relay our hopes for a more dynamic Purl Experence?

do have some questions and ideas.

1st off. Can we the Admins of the portals have the ability to (Delete/Remove: Old campaigns', users, and uploaded list?) Our Customers may ask us to do that for them.

2nd, The email that is created by the Purl Program only shows the uploaded data when using the tokens in the email. It would be great if it also showed the newly added data that "/johndoe" added. You already have the data as a link and long in option. Can that data be an Iframe or embedded image in the email. It could also have Highlight/bold data that has been changed to show that there has been an update to the base data. Also, would it be possible have more then one email option for if someone comes to the Purl? As it is when the Purl is visited we have the option to have an email sent to any of the users we have made accounts for. Or we can have that same email sent if that Purl has a form/survey that is filled out and submitted. Or you can have both the visit and form/survey emails sent to the portal users you have chosen. But here is my dilemma. Why does it have to be the SAME email for both. Can it be if the Purl is visited we get the option to have one format of an email sent kind of like this. For visits with out follow through, (Subject: John Doe Visited his Purl.) (Body: John Doe did not fill in any data or click on submit or any linked pages before leaving the site.) and that would be one email. Next email Rule if you want to call it that would be something like this. For Forms/Surveys that are submitted, (Subject: John Doe submitted/clicked on linked pages for his Purl) (Body: John Doe Visited his Purl an Filled in the below data/Clicked on links to pages/clicked the send us an email link.)

3rd, The excel/CSV files that are generated by the responses/links followed. Could there be a way of Highlighting the New data added by the Purl visitor? What is the ProspectGUID, ResponseSessionGUID, and ProspectID? Could also the excel/csv file be formatted different? currently it is set as (ProspectGUID, "Default uploaded data", Link/Form Tracking, ResponseSessionGUID, ProspectID, responseDate, "Site form/field data gathered", and then the updated data fields such as Fname Lname and so on. Can that data the Fname and Lname data that was updated be moved to be seen next to the uploaded data?

The ability to deactivate a list in a campaign would be crucial for some workflows. We need to be able to upload multiple lists to a campaign throughout the year and then be able to deactivate lists in the campaign once time has expired.
