Default Making form inputs mandatory

This is more out of curiosity, but are there any plans in place to simplify making certain form inputs mandatory? From my research, the only way to accomplish this is with JavaScript? Are there any other ways?

No, adding the JavaScript validation is the only way to require fields in a MicroSite.

Since my job has finally splurged and purchased Dreamweaver, this whole process has been simplified with Spry Widgets! Now I don't have to learn JaveScript
