Default IDAutomationC128L font problem on Mac

We are having trouble getting this bar code font to work correctly on our Macs. Specifically, it will display various characters in a bar code as boxes...like a missing glyph. Any help or pointers appreciated.

What is the version of Fusionpro you are using? In Acrobat, select Fusionpro>>About Fusionpro.
If you are using Fusionpro 9.1 or earlier, this was corrected in Fusionpro version 9.3.
Reinstall Fusionpro using the latest version 9 installer from:

I'm running 9.3.6. The other Mac we've tried this on is running 9.1.0. Same result on either version.
