Default Small Caps

Is there a way to make my "AM" and "PM" small caps the way the designer created it in InDesign. It will be coming in a data field along with the times. I have attached a screenshot.

I tried this rule but it doesn't change the "AM". Grabbed most of the code from a previous forum post. Any ideas?

Code:
return ReplaceSubstring(TaggedTextFromRaw(Field("Session One Time")), "AM",'<smallcap>AM') + '</smallcap>';

Figured it out, needed to make my replacement lowercase "am" and it worked.
