FusionPro VDP crashes during Preview or Composing (except using Producer Scheduler)

My Acrobat and FusionPro becomes non-responsive after attempting to Preview, or Compose. I can compose using "VDP Producer on Scheduler".

 

FusionPro VDP 10.0.3 and Acrobat X Pro 10.1.1

Any thoughts on why this might be happening? I've tried multiple different FusionPro setups and databases with no luck. I am currently unable to uninstall + re-install any software so I'm hoping there might be another solution.Thanks much

Sorry for the trouble. What is the version of FusionPro you are using on both Server and client?

Client: FusionPro VDP 10.0.3

 

I honestly don't know how to look up the version of the "server", sorry.
