brightfish Posted April 13, 2011 Share Posted April 13, 2011 I'm having a nightmare of a time trying to get our Indigo to RIP a JLT from FusionPro that contains a custom spot color. The import log shows an internal data error. If I process the same template as CMYK only (unchecking the preserve spot colors option), it imports without any issues. Does anyone have any experience with running customer spot colors through FusionPro over to an Indigo. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
esmith Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 When I use spot colors in JLT output, I have to be sure to define the color in the Advanced/Colors... palette (using exact naming convention and build from layout program), and check the "Use spot colors" box in the JLT options of the composition dialog.
