It's hard to say without seeing the job files. Maybe the data has markup that's overriding the alignment specified in the Text Editor?

I don't think so. It came up like that from the first time I exported it from InDesign.

Under three rules there is formatting telling it to justify...

Oh wow, thank you so much!
This is code that I have reused several times, I just copy and paste it and then choose my format. I have no idea how it got in there. I will adjust it.
