Ending a Campaign

When I click "end a campaign", will I be given options to create a "campaign has ended" page automatically. Or is that something I have to manually create and re-upload? How can I direct all the PURLS to one static page that states the campaign has ended?

No there is no campaign ended options. Once it is over it is over. The reason is that most domain names or sub-domains are typically used for another campaign almost immediately and you can only have the one campaign on the domain at a time.
