I am having an issue with hiding an 'Alternative Mailing Address' field while imposing mailing data. I am always left with a blank space and what I would like is for there to be no space between name and address. I was told by an associate I have to suppress the field and I'm not really sure how to do that. I've looked through a number of your threads on here about suppressing, tried the codes and have been unsuccessful so far. Here are some examples of what I am getting and also what I would like With Alternative Add John Doe 123 Main St. P.O. Box 123456 City, ST 12345-6789 No Alternative Add available (how it imposes now) John Doe (would like to get rid of this space) 123 Main St. City, ST 12345-6789 No Alternative Add available (how I want it to impose) John Doe 123 Main St. City, ST 12345-6789 Is it possible to add the Alt Add when a customer has one and eliminate the space for those that do not? I'm quite positive it is but because of my lack of coding experience I can't figure out how. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. After a few failed attempts I realized you have to hilight the field you want to suppress when you check the box. Worked after that. Thanks again for your help!
