Default Remove color from image

Is there a graphic rule that I can use to convert customer uploaded images to black and white?

Not that I'm aware of. I either batch convert my images with Photoshop before adding them as resources, or, assuming my output is grayscale, I compose with color and drop print files on a grayscale hot folder for my press (Indigo 5000).

Hi knorris

I have found a way to make an image appear as grayscale.
