That worked ... just not quite as I expected. I originally left the output to multiple files checked when I tried your additional coding and I got 123 files each with one page imposed...

Sorry to be so long in getting back...

First off Dan you are correct and I wasn't quite clear enough...the length of the output varies from one record to another but all output pages are 8.5x11....
