  1. Hi Richard and Ryan, Thanks very much for your responses. I tried both tags, but none of them is working. When I click on the folder I always end up in the (empty) folder. Any other ideas? Thanks again!
  2. Ah, ok... :-) When I first read it I thought you meant that there should be variable fields in the template. I didn't even recognise the tick boxes on the right...
  3. Problem solved! The reason why it didn't work was that I hadn't ticked the VDP box in the template setup - form display.
  4. Hi David, Thanks again for your help. I can go through all the above described steps, but the only information that ends up on the PDF proof is the information I typed in in step 5. The spreadsheet seems not to have any effect at all (apart from that I can see the example information in step 3). Strangely enough, if I click on 'variable data fields' in step 1, it is blank and also the spreadsheet I have the option to download is blank. Later, in step 3 and 5, there are variable data fields. Isn't that a contradiction?
  5. Is there a way of copying folders with content (templates) within the catalogue editor? This would be very handy. Any ideas anyone?
  6. My above problem is still not solved. I tried the following but it isn't working. If I upload a file and click continue – continue, I can fill in the fields I am familiar with from versioned templates. The typed in information then gets displayed on the Preview, but the spreadsheet I uploaded doesn’t affect it at all. Anyone any ideas?
  7. Auto Job Tickets solved my problem and I achieved what I intended to set up. I emailed support regarding the user guide, hope that will help, too. Thanks again!
  8. Thank you again, David! Where can I download the MarcomCentral User Guide? I can find a lot of manuals regarding FusionPro, but I haven't got the MarcomCentral User Guide. Can you help again?
  9. Thanks, David! Your response solved my problem :-) I couldn't find 'Manager: Options > Custom UI > Display Options > Display Download Button' but I could change it in Portal Branding. Thanks again!
  10. Thanks for your answer! I haven't got access to the MarcomCentral part of the forum, I already sent a request. Whom can I contact to get access more quickly? I have to test again what you wrote about the variable data fields. To my understanding the variable fields are there. When I download the file again from MC it is working fine.
  11. I am setting up a variable template. Clients should be able to upload a spreadsheet with addresses of their clients and generate in that way a number of PDFs. I prepared a template and uploaded it as a variable one. When I see it on the PTI Website (please see attached screenshot) it gives me the option to download a spreadsheet by clicking 'view variable data fields'. The spreadsheet I download is empty though. It also says 'no files existing'. How can I achieve that I can download a spreadsheet with the variable data fields that the clients can then fill in with their information? The spreadsheet I used for setting up the template contains a number of columns which usually work fine for a versioned template. Can anyone advise? Many thanks!
  12. I would like to remove the download buttons from the grid view – but they should be kept when user clicks on the actual template. Am I right in assuming that the appearance of the download buttons within MarcomCentral grid view and when you click on the template is connected and can’t be changed separately? Thanks!
  13. I've set up a template on MarcomCentral which is more like a contact form than an actual print product you could order. I would like to achieve that the client can: - fill it in (which is working fine) - download the filled-in file (also possible at present) - submit his/her order (possible via 'add to basket') - then the filled-in template should be sent as a PDF to a certain email address. Most products are sent to different places, so that the solution need to be specific for only a few products, not as a general thing. How can that be set up? Can anyone advise? Thanks!
