  1. OK I'll note that. Thank You Dan. I did find out that Yesterday While I was at lunch. the building had 3 power drops and spikes which is always bad. After writing my first message and discovering the power issue I went and performed maintenance on the system I'll see if that is better. If not I don't know how I can get Fusionpro past the hanging Loading Macintosh Fonts screen.
  2. I recently updated to the current Version of Fusionpro VDP 10.0.26 now when I need to load a font for a project I am hanging on the Font Load status dialog with it hanging at Locating Macintosh Fonts. I am using Extensis Suitcase Fusion 8 to manage my fonts my Mac. I have tried everything I can think of and have reloaded FP several times. sometimes I could get it to load fonts then it will hang when I do the next needed font. Currently, since it has hung I have no fonts loaded in Fusionpro so I am completely down. Please tell me what I can provide for you next?
  3. I have several 2 sided pieces I am trying to manage with slip sheet say every 250 sheets. My fiery RIP wont handle this request on my New Printer Like my Old Creo RIP did. So my next step is to learn to do in FusionPro itself. I believe I have everything setup correctly, new unused page 3 set to the Sheet size (12x18). I called it out in the impose tab insert every page # 250 named the new sheet pulled that down fine. Crash every time. If I set it to insert top of every stack same thing Crash. Please help It would really help out alot. FusionPro 9.3.6 OSX 10.9.5 8gb RAM Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.12 Here is a link to the crash report Thank You
  4. Hello, I am creating a merge file with data on both sides of a sheet saving in .vps format. I now get jagged output on my static elements even type. If I examine this output it appears that the static elements are flattened to a bitmapped image thus creating halftones on my previous crisp type. All my type set by fusion is correct. We used to run into this problem just occasionally on our Konica 7000 with Creo RIP. We have upgraded to a Konica 1100 with a Fiery RIP and now the issue seems constant. If I output to PDF then our prints look fine, but then we are loosing our VDP format advantage, RIP times become unbearable. Files are being created from MAC OSX 10.9.4 FusionPro Creator 9.3.6 Acrobat Pro ver 11.0.10. I really like Fusion Pro and need a way to keep using it. Thank you for any help in advance.
