  1. Simple question. I have tried to use the outputfilefullpathname with onnewoutput file and have never been able to get a custom output path to work on the server, either with hot folders or producer. Does this function work on templates running from server? The only way I can get this to run is using the command line interface. I can use this but I'd prefer to use the hot folder if it works now. Im running 10.0.37 desktop (mac) and 10.0.16 server with 10.1.2 Dashboard
  2. This problem has been happening to me ever since I went to High Sierra. Using bother 10.0.16 and 10.0.26 I still get this issue, especially when composing files with 1000 pages or more. Has there been any resolution to this or do we need to roll back our OS just to run FP?
  3. We have a customer that we do labels for. Depending on their distribution center (or time allowed on the job) we will print labels on rolls or sheets. I have a template set up to auto adjust (turn on correct page for label sheet) depending on the input file. Everything works great except when we do labels 1 up on rolls we use crop marks, and when we use sheets we do not. I know I can build the crop marks into the 1 up pages and leave crop marks turned off but was wondering it there is any script or trigger that can over ride the crop mark setting in the imposition tab during composition? TIA
  4. Is there a download for the web services for 9.3?
  5. I installed VDP 9.2.26 a couple weeks ago. I found out quickly that it is not backwards compatible and had to upgrade all my seats. I found out the API (Server) was not compatible so I had to upgrade that as well. This would be fine if I didn't get Critical Errors on every PDF, unknown errors trying to save files, corrupting PDFs and crashing. I have Pitstop 12 installed as well, but I already had it installed with the previous version of VDP without any issues. Other coworkers are having the same issue with 9.2.26 as well. I have not seen anyone else post about this so I thought maybe it was an internal issue, but the errors seem to all stem from VDP 9.2.26. I don't want to downgrade because I have already saved many templates in 9.2.26 and they won't even open in 9.1!
