  1. Actually I can't even cancel it. The button clicks but the window won't go away.
  2. Thanks for your help Dan. It's getting late here. Tomorrow I'm going to try to uninstall/reinstall 1 more time. If that doesn't work I'll contact support, direct them to this forum and request the FusionPro Mac Installer 9.2.35. Thanks again for your help. I'll post my results later.
  3. It still stalls out on me. Does this sound like it could be an issue?
  4. Specifically: My font loading status after installing Fusion Pro is stuck on: "Locating Macintosh Fonts" instead of quickly running through the list of fonts as it normally does after installing the program.
  5. Fusion Pro seems to be having trouble loading my fonts. Could this have anything to do with the issue I'm having?
  6. Michelle - I know that CC (not 2014) will work. It's worked for me before.
  7. That worked!... Sort of. I found the plugins and copy/paste them into the folder Alex mentioned above. The FP palette is now installed Unfortunately it doesn't export a variable pdf. It literally does nothing when I click "Export.." After looking around the forums I can see there are a couple devoted to this issue but I can't seem to find a solution. Any suggestions? We're almost there.
  8. No, I've looked all over for any file like that and have not found any. It would be nice if I could simply download the plugin.
  9. I had to uninstall FP from a previous computer and reinstall it to a new one. Problem: The Fusion Pro Palette in InDesign isn't there System: Mac OS X 10.6.8 InDesign CC 9.2.2 Fusion Pro 9.2.31 I reinstalled FP twice now and the palette will not show up as an option. It appears to work just fine in Acrobat but I haven't ran any real tests yet. Is there a place I can download just the ID plugin? Or is there something I can do in the files/folders to make this work? Thank you
  10. Thanks for the reply. You guessed right. I am using mac. See this thread: http://forums.pti.com/showthread.php?t=3876 I only ask because of the problems I have with Indesign CC (not 2014) crashing every time I try to export a variable data pdf. I thought that might be an issue.
  11. Why is my Fusion Pro version 9.2.31 but my InDesign plugin is 9.2.29? How can I get these to match?
  12. Thanks Scott. I'll try all those suggestions as soon as I get a chance. I appreciate your help.
  13. The reinstall did not work. I'm still having the same issues trying to export a FusionPro PDF our of Indesign CC 9.2.2
  14. I haven't done a reinstall yet. That was going to be a last resort I was hoping to avoid. I did install CC 2014 but quickly realized it was incompatible with FP. So I do have CC2014 installed on my Mac on top of CC. That could be the issue but I doubt it. Looks like I'll have to do a re-install unless anyone has a better idea.
