  1. That does work but just for my notes of would you do it if you had 2 different folder? One for signatures and one for images.
  2. I am setting up 10 different letters to print on preprinted forms. I have the letters set up on a blank PDF page with no graphics. The customer has also supplied 10 different pdf files of the art work. Is there a way to use my pdf files with no art work and have a rule to pull in the full page art work and place it under the letter text? I am not trying and page flipping with the art or letters. This is simply 10 letters with 10 different sets of data.
  3. I have a rule to insert a signature into my file but it will only insert the image if the image and pdf are in the same folder. How do you point to another folder for your images? Here is my rule return '<graphic file="sig.jpg" height=3600>' and my images are in L:\ABC\IMAGES
  4. Hello, I am trying to learn how to great a simple pie chart. I have my names, addresses and chart data in a simple MS Excel file. I have created my chart frame and when I click on the frame another screen opens up and there is a drop down box listing my all my variables in my excel file. How do I define what fields I am using for my data in the pie chart?
  5. Thank You for the additional information. I will look into the function. I wish there was a way to just place the full numeric barcode values in a text box or a rule and apply the font without having to parse the barcode into different fields.
  6. Thanks Dan that worked. But I am still missing something. When I just put the numeric barcode numbers in a text box and apply the font it does not show up correctly. The sample attached shows the barcode when applying the IDAutomation font. I also tried a few other fonts but they all require the barcode field to be the Alpha Letter.TEST-Output.pdf
  7. When I use the following IMB rule (see attachment) I get an error message of C:\Program Files (x86)\PTI\FusionPro\Builtins.js, line 2721: warning: The tracking number is not the correct length of 20 characters in record number 1. Composing record #1, input record 1 My barcode field contains the following "00240206150129480945065151780".
  8. Hello, I have a job were the IMB is in the numeric format. I can not find a rule or any anything in the documentation on how to print the IMB barcode.
  9. Hello all, I am new to this site and need some help. I have a document that has crop marks and bleeds. When I compose the file the output file does not contain the crop marks and bleed. How can I keep the crop marks and bleeds. I know how to add crop marks with the imposer but I need the marks from my master document. Scott
