TomD
When attempting to create a text rule following the instructions for "Running your first Job" I am able to enter the "If date value of" "This month is greater than" statements, but I never see a box to enter the value for the month. The box shows up in the manual and on the training video, but not on my screen.

rpaterick
Under "Values," can you click "Typed-In Value" and drag it to the next box?
TomD
No. That appears to be my problem. The "Next Box" does not appear on my screen. The only box available is next to "Then Return". There does not exist a box to drag a typed-in value into or to simply enter a value.

mhilger
Hello Tom, I would be surprised if this issue has to do with the graphics card on your computer. Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing here? Also, have you reached out to technical support on this issue?
