Brakeman Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 OK, I'm back again. Before I got a reply to my last concern I already thought of a new one. Please excuse but I am newbe with FP. Alex mentioned to me during my set up phone conversation that a "PDF" feed to the press will not create a static template feed. Some type of PPML or other file was mentioned. I don't have my notes in front of me. My Question... I have to feed a 5000 run of VDP 4 up to a Minolta Bizhub With Fiery controller. Alex mentioned a "smooth" feed through the Fiery by saving to a package that will be a zipped "set" and import to the Fiery for processing. I saw options to save items as PPML howver I am not seeing how to apply it to print, or this zip package thing. Has anyone been working with this method? I could use a tutorial.
