Decimals are not shown on text frames

I have a little problem, sometimes the X & Y coordinates on a text frame are not shown in the properties of the box, if I type 133.1, it will show me 133 mm, even though I can see that the box has been moved? Not the biggest issue, but sometimes I have to try 4-5 times before everything is in place, and it's kind of hard, if I don't remember the last decimal I typed

Note, that it's only sometimes the problem is there, could it be related to the PDF producer or? All my PDF files are generated as normal PDF files, I don't use the Export function from Quark / InDesign!
