Empty Rule problem

When you say you are attempting to add a new rule, are you creating one from the user interface in FusionPro? Or adding your own script to the "english.js" file in FusionPro folder on the system?

If you can not create the Rule from "Create Rules" , and you are getting this error, please try reinstalling the software.

Is DL-100 still installed on your system? If so, use the following information

to uninstall DL-100 and FusionPro from your system respectively. You will then need to reinstall FusionPro when completed.

 

If using an Apple Macintosh, use the following information to help with the installation.

Run the “Uninstaller” from the “Applications >Printable folder. When this completes, delete the "DL-100" folder from the following locations:

Mac HD : Applications

Mac HD : Library: Preferences

Mac HD : Library : Application Support.

Empty from Trash.

On the PC, uninstall FusionPro from the “Control Panel, using “Add/ Remove Programs” option.

When complete, delete the “DL-100” folder from the “Program Files” directory of the hard drive.

Remove from the Recycle Bin and proceed to reinstall the program.
